Facts about your credit score—not that exciting of a topic. But we rallied to create an informative, yet fun approach through videos. And because people are people, and not clients, we pushed to have a much more conversational tone in our videos than perhaps found elsewhere. Even with legal-jargon requirements and key points, we created a people-centric answer to common credit questions. (Even if ultimately my unicorn didn't make it, and some great lines died along the way.)
